Welcome to Mills Container Services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

• These Terms of Service apply to all sales, rentals, and services provided by Mills Container Services.

• By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Orders & Payment

• All orders must be paid for in full prior to collection or delivery.

• We accept payment via the methods specified on our invoices or quotations.

• Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.

3. Delivery & Collection

• Delivery can be arranged via one of our Hiab vehicles at an additional cost. A delivery quote will be provided before purchase.

• Customers may also arrange their own collection, which must be scheduled in advance.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe and adequate access at the delivery location. Mills Container Services will not be liable for failed delivery due to unsuitable access or site conditions.

4. Condition of Containers

• All containers are sold or rented in the condition described at the time of purchase or agreement.

• Customers are welcome to inspect containers prior to purchase or hire.

5. No Refund Policy

• All sales are final. Mills Container Services does not accept returns or provide refunds once a container has been purchased.

• For rentals, once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued for early termination of hire.

6. Liability

• Mills Container Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our containers or services.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased.

7. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
